General System Requirements
The following System Requirements are suggested minimums based on acceptable product performance standards. Systems having higher performance capabilities will achieve better package performance.

Basic System Requirements (Workstations)

• Minimum 2Ghz or higher Pentium or similar processor
  
• Microsoft® Windows 2000/XP/Vista operating systems
  
• Stand-Alone PC or Network Compatible Installations
  
• 512MB RAM minimum (1GB or higher recommended)
  
• Word Processing Software (MS Word 2003 or newer)
  
• 10 MB hard disk space minimum for software program
  
• 500 MB hard disk space (storage or larger)
  
• Internet Connectivity (required at installation only)

Optional System Requirements

• (Optional) MAPI compliant Email software or MS Outlook (if email output or email forwarding desired)
• (Optional) PC Fax or Fax Server software (if fax output or fax forwarding desired)
• (Optional) Local Area Network (if shared information, shared printing or multiple workstation viewing desired)
• (Optional) Custom Network Solutions (for use in sharing information among multiple remote office locations and remote access solution connectivity.
• (Optional) HL7 uplink feed capability for populating patient office notes from eMNotes to HL7 compliant clinical, hospital or EMR type packages. Custom configuration options available.

Additional system requirements may be necessary depending on each customer's environment and specific needs.
